CCS Sharp Spread -Sharp cheddar aged nine months (made from pasteurized cultured milk, salt and enzymes), water, reduced lactose whey, whey, cream, sorbic acid (a preservative), sea salt, natural flavor, lactic acid, guar gum, annatto color.
CCS Horseradish Spread - Sharp Cheddar Cheese aged 9 months (made from pastuerized cultured milk, salt, and enzymes), water, reduced lactose whey, cream whey, sorbic acid (a preservative), sea salt, lactic acid, artificial horseradish flavor (soybean oil, artificial flavor), guar gum.
Summer Sausage - Beef and pork, corn syrup, salt, dextrose, encapsulated citric acid, spices, dehydrated garlic natural smoke flavoring, sodium nitrite.

Because The Cuba Cheese Shoppe has very perishable products, we only ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays depending on where the package(s) are going in the United States. If we receive your order on a Wednesday, it will not go out until the following week.
