Jeff Bradley – The Big Cheese – Owner & President

Jeff started out in the super market business after getting out of the Navy and completing his degree at Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington Delaware in the early 70’s. He owned and operated the Alfred Shurfine and the Cuba Shurfine through the 70’s and 80’s. In 1991, he sold the Shurfine in Cuba (now the Giant) and bought the Cuba Cheese Shoppe. He has expanded the business three-fold by adding the truck delivering program, expanding our retail shop, and promoting a robust mail order business.   Jeff is a diehard Yankee’s fan, enjoys playing golf, driving his Tugboat and adores his three grandchidren and three cats.

Jane Bradley – The “Trying to Retire” Vice President of Operations

Jane was the work horse behind the retail store. She is the main buyer of all the products and cheeses you see in our Shoppe. She created the first website and has worked tirelessly in the Shoppe, Mail Room, and Office over the last 30 years.  She updates our catalog and fundraising brochure every fall.   Jane enjoys playing golf, boating, and quilting. She is the mother of three awesome children – Sarah, Rebecca, and Justin - and a wonderful Nana to her grandchildren, Evan, Olivia, and Scarlett.

Sarah Bradley - Vice President of Operations

Sarah joined the team in 2011 to help grow the business in both the wholesale, retail,  and mail order departments.   She is in charge of all the marketing and advertising for the Cuba Cheese Shoppe.  Sarah designed our new website and is instrumental in making sure it is "customer friendly."   She helps out in the Shoppe when needed even working weekends if need be.  She enjoys golf, Buffalo Bills football, and spicy food.  She has a beautiful baby girl, Scarlett Jane.

Justin Bradley – Shoppe Manager

Justin joined the truck delivery team in 2012.   In 2020 he became manager of the Shoppe and is in charge of its day to day operation.  He is an avid BBQ Master.  Justin enjoys Can Jam, golf, Buffalo Bills football, and playing with his dog Holly. Justin has two children, Evan and Olivia.

Samantha Carrier - 40lb Cheese Cutter

Samantha joined us in 2017 and is the brains behind the Shoppe.  She is known for cutting 10 40 pound blocks in a day!  Sam has her own business, Depot Crafts, and does craft shows year round with her wonderful artwork.  She is very talented in everything that she does.  She enjoys reading, fishing and spending time with her family.  Sam is married to Brett and has three children Kody, Sondra and Vance.

Julie Fairbrother - International Cheese Guru

Julie joined us in 2020 and is the mastermind behind our international cheeses.  She is a workhorse in the Shoppe and customers just loves her witty demeanor. She is married to Terry and has two beautiful children and grandchildren.  In her spare time, she likes to chase the bears off of her property.

Ava Belec - Store Clerk Extraordinaire

Ava joined us in 2021 as a summer job as a Shoppe Clerk.  She is in her Master's program for Nutrition & Diatetics at D'Youville University.  Ava has worked every summer since 2021 and has the most pleasant attitude.  She is an avid soccer player and her favorite team is Renaldo from Portugal.  Her favorite past time is laying in her pool on hot days.

Lynne Lynch - Slicing Conesour 

Lynne joined us in 2021 and you will most likely see her slicing our wonderful cheeses - Swiss, Provolone, Cheddar and the like.  Lynn enjoys spending time with her two children and grandchildren.  Her and Shawn enjoy their dogs and cats.

Justa Rhodes - Christmas Mail Order and Cheese Curd Monger

Justa joined us in 2015 in the Mail Order Department.  She comes back every Christmas and runs the UPS system for our thousands of packages that need to go out each day.  She also runs the cheese curd department each week breaking up the curd for consumption.  Justa enjoys time with her family and has a daughter (who also works for us), Dailah.

Dailah Rhodes - Shoppe Assistant Manager

Dailah joined us in 2013 and hit the ground running.  Dailah is in charge of the day to day operations in the Shoppe, orders product, puts together truck orders and keeps everyone in line.  Dailah enjoys crafts, woodworking, her dog, Hank-River, and her three ferrets.

Theresa joined us in 2025 as a store Clerk.  She enjoys traveling across the country.

Johanna Larson - Stocking Clerk and Feta Guru

Johanna joined us in 2025 in the Mail Order Office tending to phone customers during our busy Christmas Season.  We pulled her into the Shoppe and is a staple to our operations.  

Reagan Kerr - College Cheese Monger

Reagan joined us this year as a store clerk in the Shoppe.  She is majoring in Biology at St. John Fisher.  She works with her mother, Lisa, at Murdock's Bar and Grill in Cuba, NY.  She loves to work and we are so lucky to have her!

Favorite Cheese - Colby Jack

Dan Gilroy - Mail Order and UPS Conqueror

Dan joined us in 2025 and operates all of the backroom mail order.  He is responsible for packaging and mailing out all of our wonderful cheese products all over the country.  Dan's busy season is Christmas where he oversees over 10 employs that help put together and send out packages.  Dan enjoys his five children and long walks on the beach.

Scarlett Dewe - Office grunt

Scarlett helps out in the office filing and finding ways of bettering the business through You Tube videos.  She is 8 years and was born on Halloween.  She enjoys soccer, basketball, swimming and just plain fun!  She has a dog, Mick Jagger, two cats, Petunia and Pumpkin, and two Guinea Pigs, Elenor and Carmela.

Olivia Bradley - Bulk Coordinator

Livy has been doing bulk for 2 years and is our official taste tester.  She enjoys dance, swimming, camping and biking.  She has performed in her dance recitals for the past 4 years in tap, modern and hip hop.  She has a dog, Holly, in which she loves very much.

Evan Bradley - Media Coordinator

Evan joined the team 12 years ago and manages all social media platforms for the Shoppe - TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.  Evan enjoys computers, technology of any sort, baseball, swimming, camping and tubing.  He loves his dog Holly.

Julie Cleary - Office Manager Bulldog

Julie is responsible for the day to day activities of our operation.  She does all the book keeping, billing, payroll and filing.  If there is a problem with anyone or anything, we have her go after them because of her bulldog qualities.  She has a daughter Hillary and beautiful grandson Sly.
