      This cheese has a wonderful sharp American flavor.  It melts easily and makes a great cheese sauce for vegetables or grilled cheese sandwiches.

      Ingredients:   Cultured milk, water, cream, sodium phosphate, salt, enzymes.

      Because The Cuba Cheese Shoppe has very perishable products, we only ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays depending on where the package(s) are going in the United States.  If we receive your order on a Wednesday, it will not go out until the following week.
