Cheddar - Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto (if colored). Made with Microbial (vegetable) rennet.
Garden Vegetable Spread - Cream cheese (pasteurized mik and cream, cheese culture, salt, stabilizers (carob bean and/or zanthan and/or guar gums), white cheddar cheeses (made from pasteurized cultured milk, salt and enzymes), water, reduced lactose, whey, sorbic acid (a preservative), bell peppers, carrots, onion, lactic acid, tomato, garlic, cabbage, celery, spinach, guar gum, dill, parsley.
Smoked Sharp Spread - Sharp cheddar cheese aged 9 months (made from pasteurized cultured milk, salt and enzymes), water, reduced lactose whey, cream, whey, sorbic acid (a preservative), sea salt, lactic acid, guar gum, smoke flavor.
Summer Sausage - Beef and pork, corn syrup, salt, dextrose, encapsulated citric acid, spices, dehydrated garlic natural smoke flavoring, sodium nitrite.

Because The Cuba Cheese Shoppe has very perishable products, we only ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays depending on where the package(s) are going in the United States. If we receive your order on a Wednesday, it will not go out until the following week.
