Colby Jack is a product from a mixture of Colby & Monterey Jack. It has a semi-hard texture & mild flavor!
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto (vegetable color).
Because The Cuba Cheese Shoppe has very perishable products, we only ship packages on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays depending on where the package(s) are going in the United States. If we receive your order on a Wednesday, it will not go out until the following week.
