The Cuba Cheese Shoppe is nestled in the farmlands of southewestern New York State where cheese has been a principal product since the late 1800's. Cuba, at that time, was the "cheese center of the world". The price for cheddar cheese was established at a meeting in Cuba each week and was accepted as the price in this nation and the world.

Our Shoppe hours are:
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
and
Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm

PIZZA WITH FONTIAGO CHEESE
1 Pizza
Olive Oil
4 slices of Sweet Onion
8 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup Baby Spinach
1 small Red Pepper, julienne sliced
3 oz. Sliced Margherita Pepperoni
8 ounces Fontiago Cheese, shredded
Garlic Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Basil Leaves (dried or fresh)
*Preheat oven to 400º
*Spread
*Brush
*Place Tomatoes, Spinach, Red Pepper, Onions, and Pepperoni on the Pizza
*Sprinkle with Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Basil
*Top with Fontiago
*Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and crust is brown.
