This bread is made locally in Angelica, NY and is famous for it's dense, crunchy texture.  The Grahams have been baking this bread since 1969!

Ingredients:  Enriched wheat flour, corn meal, baking soda, lard, pure cane sugar, non-fat milk powder, salt, yeast.

The best sourdough styled bread, made fresh daily, with no preservatives. My kids always considered it the best toasted...as it "doesn't crunch down when you butter it!". Make sure you request ANGELICA salt rising, there are several.


Angelica salt Rising bread is the best! My family all love it and part of my brother's Christmas gift each year is a couple of loaves! I send it to CA along with cheese curd which we used to get at the Rawson, NY cheese factory in the 1930's!
