A deliciously unique aromatic bread.  It is a dense white bread that is made with cornmeal, rather than yeast.  It does not contain any preservatives, and even though "salt" is in the name, there isn't much salt at all.  Salt Rising Bread is great for toasting or grilling.  Each loaf is sliced for your convenience unless you specify that it not be sliced.  There are two types to choose from - Our Salt Rising Bread made in Olean, NY and/or Angelica Salt Rising Bread made in Angelica, NY
